Our daily diets are rich in omega 6 fatty acids to the point of becoming inflammatory. Our Mega Omega 3 Fatty Acid Complex is a balance of DHA/EPA fatty acids designed for fast absorption to increase cellular repair, decrease inflammation and promote normal lipid metabolism. Derived from sardines, our fish oil has no after‐taste, no burp or bitterness. Taken as directed, Mega Omega 3 will promote lipid balance safely and effectively. Dosage: 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily.
